Meet Candace

Candice began her journey in the fitness industry in 1968 teaching water exercise and then went on to teach yoga and other fitness modalities. She started her Pilates training with the Physical Mind Institute in 1989 and continued her education with STOTT PILATES®. Candice holds many certifications through nationally recognized fitness organizations and specializes in post rehab and athletic training. Her attention to detail and focus on safe and effective movement helps clients achieve their best potential.
