NEW CARDIO/JUMP INTERVAL CLASSES START IN MAY 2019
We are excited to announce a NEW class format to our schedule starting in May 2019!
We have added Cardio/Jump Intervals on Sunday’s at 10:30am and Wednesday’s at 3:30. Innovative and simple jumping combinations are combined with upper and lower body strength and flexibility exercises. This unique cardio / strength interval workout on the solid accessory board or resilient vertical trampoline, challenges the core and total body strength while elevating the heart rate, all while focusing on proper jumping technique. This energetic format will keep you on the move!!
