Meet Mike

Mike has been a certified GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® trainer since 1999. He's certified on all Gyrotonic equipment and in the Gyrokinesis methond, the non-equipment aspect of the work. He has taken courses from 11 different Master Trainers, including system founder Juliu Horvath. He has traveled the country and world teaching certified trainers the Wingmaster course, a continuing education course using the Wingmaster and the exercises Mike developed for it.
